Naas Theory Test Centre

Naas Theory Test Centre Address

The location of the test centre for driver theory test candidates is:

Spring Garden Lodge,
Sallins Road,
W91 E3CE

The theory test venue in Naas is located close to the town centre. This makes access by car relatively easy. However, there is no on-site parking available. Therefore, you may want to consider one of the following car park facilities:

1 Dublin Road Car Park (Naas East)

Parking here costs €1 per hour, and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, parking dispensers are cash only. The car park is a short, 4-minute walk from the theory test centre, in a westward direction.

Town Centre parking (Wolfe Tone Street)

Alternatively, it may be worth using this multi-storey car park located in the centre of Naas. Parking is slightly more expensive at €1.50 per hour; however, all-day parking is available here at a competitive price of €3. Given the duration of the theory test, and walking times between the centre and car park, a full day’s parking might be the most economical choice. This will give you parking coverage between 7.00 am and 9.00 pm. If you’re planning to stay in Naas for longer than the test day itself, there is an option to buy an overnight ticket, priced at €10. This car park’s Sunday opening times are slightly different, operating between 8.00 am-6.30 pm.

Please be aware that you’ll be able to purchase a ticket by either cash, card, or via contactless payment. Disabled spaces are available.

The car park can hold over 500 vehicles, so there shouldn’t be any concern around acquiring a space. The facility is roughly a 3-minute walk from the testing centre and is situated next door to the Dublin Road Car Park.

The closes railway station to the theory test centre is Sallins & Naas, located around 3km to the north of Naas town centre. If you decide to walk directly to the station from the centre, please note that the route takes close to 40 minutes to complete. Therefore, we would encourage you to travel via bus. If opting for public transport, the journey will take approximately 15 minutes, inclusive of the onwards walk to the venue. A bus stop is located just outside the entrance of the station, and catching either the 139 or 846 services will take you an 11-minute journey to Our Lady & St. David bus stop. From here, you’ll have a short, 2-minute walk in a northerly direction to the theory test centre.

There are two main external routes that service Naas. The 126 heads to the town from Newbridge, approaching from the west. If using this service, please exit at Naas Post Office. From this destination, please walk for 550m in a north-westerly direction, passing IKEA on your left-hand side. The driver theory test centre is just beyond a small housing estate named, ‘The Sycamores’.

Alternatively, you may want to use the 726 service, which travels westbound to Naas from Dublin Airport. Again, please leave the bus at Naas Post Office.

If travelling through Naas’ internal bus service network, please look to alight at the Our Lady & St. David bus stop. As referenced, there is then an onwards two-minute walk to the test centre.
